Gary and Karyn Byers successfully managed AmeriCoatings Inc. out of WA State for 15 years until being bought out and starting a new coating company, InfraTech Services Inc.. Gary and Karyn Byers have consulted on, managed, inspected, trained crews and supervised numerous projects in a huge variety of environments, including  underwater  pipe and structural repair. They have been a part of a variety of challenging restoration and coating projects all over the US and even traveling to Aruba, Bahamas and Trinidad, before settling in South Carolina. Both are NACE 2 certified coating inspectors.  InfraTech Services Inc. has successfully completed many commercial and industrial projects in South Carolina and surrounding areas since its inception in 2015, using much of the specialized and industrialized equipment now for sale or rent to complete the varies projects below.

Coating Inspector 

Gary and Karyn Byers  are both NACE  Level 2 certified coating inspectors and can  help  you to maintain  project specifications and manufacturers recommendations on all coating projects.  They can maintain accurate daily QA/QC records to support documentation of all coating activities and ensure compliance with  the project specifications.  They also provide Off-site support of coatings work plan development in concert with manufacturers specifications and prevailing standards.

Owner/Operator available for; land clearing, stump removal, grading, site work, brush clearing, culverts, fence-line clearing, leveling, driveway construction, gravel delivery and spreading, structural demolition, and rough-in landscaping .... 


We will work by the hour or provide a lump sum bid for your project. Please just give me a call and we'll discuss it.


Part of our equipment fleet includes the Case 850 series and Case 1150 series dozers. The 850 weighs in at about 10 tons while the 1150 weighs in at 16 tons. These two machines in the hands of our very experienced operators are very productive. Whether for cutting in a proper road or driveway, dozing out a new pond site, clearing steep terrain, or making a new homesite, these machines deliver more bang for your buck.

Excavator work

Our excavator lineup covers a wide range of project sizes allowing us to respond to our clients’ needs with exactly the right machine for the job. Our Case CX160 Excavator is our heavy hitter weighing in at 21 tons. It dominates large land clearing projects with ease, without being  too expensive to run and transport for the average project size we run into.


Our Link-Belt 80 Excavator weighs in at 9 tons but consistently punches up to a higher weight class in productivity. It handles most clearing and excavation projects on its own but often teams up with the CX 160 Excavator to make an efficient duo on larger projects, each targeting trees best suited for their strength. Its large custom push-blade allows it to handle rough terrain and blaze a trail through any terrain. It can perform minor grading and blade off a new shop or homesite without the need of a dozer at all on smaller projects.


Our next size down excavator is our 6-ton Takeuchi TB260 with push-blade. We cannot say enough good about this machine and its capabilities. It has become our “Swiss army knife” excavator with its auxiliary hydraulics and quick-change buckets and attachments. It can run a pile driver, plate compactor, ditching tool, rototiller, mulcher head, and much more! It also receives all our skid steer attachments, making it pretty much a one-machine army.


Our smallest excavator is our trusty 4-ton Kubota 033 with an angle push blade. This little guy gets into all the hard to access places and works up close to buildings for utility work and ditch digging. It is also outfitted with a quick- attach for rapid bucket and attachment changes. The angle blade feature is a rare feature for an excavator and gives us the ability to do some fine finish grading and trench backfilling in much less time and effort than a standard push blade machine. But do not let its skill at the details fool you, it’s also got a workhorse heart that never got the memo that it is the baby brother in the family.

Solutions for Industries

Financing is available through the Equipment Trader website - just follow the link "READ MORE " under the item you are interested in or click the Shopping Cart ICON in the top right corner of our website. It will take you directly to the Equipment Trader website and you can apply for financing there.

A Technician /Experienced Professional to supervise and /or run rental equipment is available at an additional cost per hour. Cost determined by specific piece of equipment rented and length of rental.

Delivery cost is determined by equipment weight, size and miles to your location. If equipment needs to be shipped to you, you will incur the shipping charges and they must be paid in advance.

One Day Rental = One (1) 8-hour shift over a 24 hour period for a total of 8 hrs per day for daily rental. One Week Rental = Five (5) 8-hour shifts over a 7 day period for a total of 40 hrs per week for weekly rental. One Month Rental = Twenty (20) 8-hour shifts over a 28 day period for a total of 160 hrs per month for monthly rental. We can also arrange UNLIMITED Rental Periods for certain items.
